ChatHouse is a boutique agency specialising in commercial and social qualitative research. Born out of a desire to create an agency that is flexible, effective, efficient, and client driven, we have only senior researchers working on all aspects of a job.

Our goal is to deliver actionable insights, and we understand the need to go well beyond simply reporting what people say and do. Our expertise lies in our ability to expose and understand the interplay, between, how people project themselves, how they act, and how they feel.

However, we also understand that the bottom line is to ensure what we deliver passes the ‘so what?’ test. We ensure our approach is pragmatic and are not afraid to have an informed opinion.
