John Larkin - CEO – John holds a Diploma of Business Management, and has Law, Agricultural and Marketing background. John has worked extensively with both Business and Government on projects utilising his qualitative research skills. John consults extensively to regional businesses, while a number of Government agencies and private companies have utilised his marketing and research skills.

Lyn Penson - Project Manager - Lyn has a Diploma in Business Management and has been a member of The Research Society for 11+ years. Lyn is responsible for project deliverables. With industry experience in the Auto, HR and Tourism sectors, plus Training and Admin, Lyn understands business needs and can tailor research to suit the clients requirements.
