Elisa's true passion is partnering strategically with clients to make better businesses. Elisa is the founder of Sprout Strategy and current CEO.

Kerry Dymond
Kerry has worked across the globe and across most industries during her 15-year market research career. Kerry is a brilliant qualitative researcher with training in using implicit and non-conscious research techniques to reveal the full human truth. She is one of the best in the business at getting to the heart of people. Kerry is Head of Qual at Sprout Strategy.

Rebecca Wilson

Rebecca is an industry leader in Customer and Employee Customer Experience with a strong track record of guiding organisations to create and implement human-centred strategies that drive growth. ​ Rebecca’s extensive practical experience in strategy development and implementation and experience management tools enables genuine empathy, inspiration and the development of practical solutions with the organisations she partners with. Rebecca is the Head of Human Experience at Sprout Strategy.

 

Lexi Rooney 

Lexi has worked in the market research industry for over 10-years.  As a senior researcher, Lexi has had roles on both agency and client-side and has a keen understanding of all stakeholders’ needs and strives to deliver over and above them. Lexi loves exploring the data and finding the story for the client, guiding more junior team members and learning from more experienced mentors. Lexi is the Insights and Strategy Director at Sprout Strategy.

 

Kaysee Felgate

Kaysee is a highly skilled quantitative researcher. She has built her skills and knowledge, honing her craft under the stewardship of some of Australia’s leading quantitative researchers. She has a natural talent for advanced data analytics, telling complex data stories simply using data visualization and constructing new and valuable client analysis techniques. Kaysee is the Senior Advanced Analytics Consultant at Sprout Strategy.

Kate is an experienced vibrant market researcher with a keen interest in discovering the human truth. She is highly organised and personable, with a great aptitude for working in a team.
