AMSRS Announces new CX Partnership

I am pleased to announce the launch today of a new strategic partnership between the AMSRS and Australia’s leading Customer Experience (CX) event and CX Awards organiser, Ashton Media.

The partnership aims to recognise and support the integral role that customer insights and research play in wider CX strategy.

We are delighted to be partnering with Ashton Media, the organiser of the region’s leading CX events, to better meet the needs of both the CX and research communities in Australia. What this new partnership means for professionals operating in the CX space is that they can now be a member of the AMSRS and have access to education and training; and importantly, be covered by an ethical Code of Behaviour.

This partnership will give our AMSRS Members, Client Partners and Company Partners discounts and complimentary tickets to Ashton Media CX events , including the upcoming Customer 360 Symposium on 24-25 March 2020.

2020 is the 65th anniversary of the AMSRS and to celebrate we are rolling out several new education partnerships over the next few months that will provide exciting new research skills development and training opportunities for the research profession and sector.
