About Helen Osborne
Qualitative Research Director Helen is a qualitative researcher and moderator with over twelve years' experience. Known for her personable manner, Helen’s innate sensitivity to peoples' needs and analytical mind make her a natural researcher. An experienced facilitator, she is skilled in designing and running focus groups. Prior to establishing Habitus Insight, Helen worked in London for TNS-Kantar where she ran multi-country market research projects for brands like Unilever, Vodafone and Sony PlayStation. She has completed the MRS Advanced Certificate in Market and Social Research Practice (UK) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
