Mark has more than ten years' experience in strategic operations direction, including eight years as Director of Telephone Operations for Nunwood Consulting, and more recently as European Client Services Director at Toluna. Mark's extensive technical experience and in-depth online platform knowledge has seen him hand-picked to work on several large scale solutions, for several high profile brands. Now Managing Director at Watermelon - the CIE digital team - Mark's key focus is driving research innovation through digital technologies.
