In September 2019, Alberto Fernandez, Research, and Melissa Pellegrini, Coles, won the Gold Prize at the Esomar Research Effectiveness Awards in Edinburgh. Lewers is delighted that their research work has been recognised and will share aspects of the presentation, outlining the way they were able to leverage new technologies to produce a very significant ROI.

Andrew is a world-leading authority on the ROI and Business Impact of Insights. Andrew leads GRBN's research efforts on this topic, runs workshops and conference sessions across the globe and consulting both end-clients and agencies on how to measure ROI and maximize the business impact of Insights.
