Who we are.

Your Source is a full-service Market and Social Research field agency offering CATI, CLT, F2F, self-complete, observations, shopper behaviour, recruitment, data entry, data analysis and data management. Your Source has offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.   All offices are located in or near major shopping centres enabling you to easily reach your core market. 

We have over 30 years of field management experience covering a broad range of industries and project types. Our entire business has ISO 20252 Quality Accreditation, which recognises the quality emphasis we give to both data collection and analysis services.   Additionally, for online panels, Your Source adheres to ESOMAR's International Standard.

Our on-site facilities include 120+ CATI stations, qual rooms, sensory kitchens and boardroom facilities with viewing recording, and streaming capabilities. We also have Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technology available.

Your Source is proud to say we have the largest sensory facility in the southern hemisphere as well as Grade 1 laboratories accredited through AQIS to also handle quarantine products. We have conducted 11,000+ product tests and continue to have the capability to conduct sensory evaluation for either small or large numbers of respondents.

What we do.

We provide end-to-end market research field services for our clients.   For qualitative research, we pre-recruit respondents and can sample in proportion to the Australian Bureau of Statistics for gender, education and qualification levels. To avoid attitudinal bias, we do not recruit from schools, clubs or groups.   If you prefer online qualitative, we can accommodate that was well.

For online research, our suite of services includes a fortnightly National Omnibus, online qualitative, tracking studies, shelf studies and interactive concept evaluation.  Your Source administers its own nationwide OpinionsPaid Community with a dedicated website, rewards systems and forums. Whilst we have our own panel, we do not on-sell to third parties. 

We provide in-house data processing using OzQuest, Voxco, SurveyCentre and Confirmit software.   Data outputs can be provided in a number of different formats including SPSS and csv files.

If required, reporting is also available.   We tailor your reporting to suit your  needs.  Analysis can be from the simplest top-line report to more complex reporting and data analysis using advanced analytics/marketing science.
