With ISO 20252 accredited processes, The Human Network recruits for qualitative and quantitative projects throughout Australia for both Australian and International clients.

We provide quality recruitment, project management and fieldwork. THN specialises in focus groups, in-depth interviews, online forums & platforms, mobile app communities, ad testing, usability studies, CLT sensory taste testing, car clinics and in-home usage tests.

An experienced dedicated project manager is allocated to each project providing regular updates to the client until the projects successful conclusion. 

We are renowned for delivering articulate, enthusiastic, on-spec respondents with rigorous  checking processes. Our proven confirmation process ensures optimum Qual and Quant attendance and completion rates.

Our Reach:

Realtime Research is our consumer panel which is refreshed continuously ensuring participants are active and contact details current. Combined with our social media following across multiple platforms, it ensures we can find the right respondents, every time. While capital cities are our particular strength area, we are able to cover regional and rural locations through strategic social media campaigns.
