General Information

Heartward Strategic is an independent social research agency formed to deliver social benefit through its work and the way in which it is undertaken.

We conduct research on social issues or for organisations with a community-focus, including government and non-government organisations, and social enterprise.  We seek to undertake all our work ethically, collaboratively and in a manner that maximises benefit for all our stakeholders, including clients, staff, suppliers and the people who choose to participate in research.

Heartward Strategic was formed by a team of social researchers who have held senior and leadership positions at Australia’s largest and most respected research organisations.  Our Principals have worked together for over a decade, building a reputation for undertaking high quality, innovative social research; providing sound evidence-based advice and delivering this according to often very tight timeframes.  We are known for quickly coming to grips with complex material, and for undertaking research sensitively and ethically with vulnerable and hard to reach audiences.
