General Information

Market Access is a social and marketing research and evaluation company based around two senior, experienced and high-level qualitative practitioners.

The focus of our work is behaviour and motivations and how these can be influenced through design, implementation and communications. 

We conduct social marketing research and evaluations for Government, Not for Profit and health focused organisations.

Our commercial marketing research involves complex product or service offers, difficult customer groups and / or high levels of emotional involvement.

As a boutique agency our approach is collaborative and we develop tailored approaches to ensure that each project delivers according to client needs.

Each project is afforded the time and effort necessary to deliver the actionable insights expected from experienced senior researchers

We provide a completely integrated and seamless full service research offer; encompassing qualitative, quantitative and online. Our associates are similarly senior and provide additional high-level research and consulting expertise.

Charmian Huggett (QPR, BA) - Studied business, law and marketing. Previously with TNS, A.C. Nielsen, Worthington Di Marzio and Newton Wayman Chong (NWC). Main interest in communications, program and service delivery and increasing their effectiveness.

Dean McDonald (QPR, BA Hons Psych) - Studied psychology, marketing, business strategy and systems theory (Melbourne University). Previously with Graduate School of Management and Pacific Dunlop. Main interest in behaviour change, program design and evaluation.
