EMRS is a Tasmanian based full service research agency providing a range of high quality research services across Australia and New Zealand. We also provide a range of fieldwork services on a subcontract basis to mainland research companies that includes CATI and online research.
We work in partnership with our clients to provide insightful, imaginative and relevant business solutions through strategic marketing, strategic planning and the follow through of high quality research design, implementation and actionable reporting.
We offer expertise in a broad range of areas and in particular, the electricity, gas and water industries, tourism and hospitality, education, transport and road safety, agriculture and aquaculture, retail industries, local government, professional and financial services, and regional economic development and political polling. We conduct the Tasmanian State and Regional Omnibus on a quarterly basis in February, May, August and November of each year.

Adam Perkins – Managing Director
Adam commenced with EMRS in 2016. Adam brings 13 years of Telecommunications research experience prior to joining EMRS. This provides a wealth of knowledge in quality control and management of EMRS projects, delivering the best outcomes for every client. Adam oversees all projects and is responsible for ensuring that work is delivered on schedule and within budget, whilst also monitoring fieldwork outputs and maintaining data quality and fieldwork performance.
Paul Jamrozik - Research Manager
Commencing at EMRS in 2009, Paul has shown himself to be indispensable to EMRS and our clients over this time. Among his duties, Paul is responsible for qualitative and quantitative analysis and reporting, drawing out key information to provide clients with useful insights and actionable strategic recommendations as well as assisting in the process of informed decision making.
Katrin Roy – Senior Research Analyst
Katrin commenced work with EMRS in 2010 and provides important support to the research team in her role as Senior Research Analyst. She is responsible for contributing to the development of research proposals that meet client needs, questionnaire design, and overseeing the quality of data analysis and written reporting prior to delivery to clients.
Elena Moores – Research Assistant
Elena joined EMRS in 2014, progressing to become Research Assistant in 2015. In her current role, she is primarily responsible for supervising the coding of data and providing important support for our team by conducting background research, assisting with the compilation of research reports, and monitoring external enquiries relating to EMRS research projects.
