Market & Social Research Experts

newfocus exists to uncover new, considered and relevant insights, building on our reputation in providing high quality customer and social research, in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner. In striving to be market leaders, collectively and as individuals, we aim to create “raving fans” of clients, by understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.

Through forming strategic partnerships, we aim to become an extension of our clients’ business – their business is our business, their goals are our goals and our success comes from their success.

In our 30th year, and still 100% Australian owned, newfocus works with its clients to deliver problem solving solutions and insights, not just data. Our extensive qualitative and quantitative research expertise includes:

  • brand perceptions, strategy and tracking
  • communications; concept development and testing, large and small scale evaluation
  • segmentation, buyer behaviour, usage and attitude
  • social research that matters
  • business to business research
  • community engagement with objectivity and integrity
  • ethnographic observations in home and shopping trips

newfocus guarantees to bring:

Integrity We ensure that your data and insights are trustworthy and reliable so that decisions can be rapidly implemented with confidence every time.

Clarity  We define the problem or opportunity and choose the correct combination of primary and secondary data to support a clear, workable solution.
