About Jacqui Parle
Jacqui is a Director and Co-owner of BPA Analytics. For the past 26 years, Jacqui has been measuring, synthesising, and presenting the results of Organisational Culture and Employee Engagement Surveys. Jacqui is a recognised expert in this field. With a background in health, since 1995 Jacqui has overseen 1,768 survey projects at BPA (employees/workforce, client/partner/stakeholder, and volunteer surveys), to produce a dataset which now contains the views of over 672,000 respondents. She provides expert advice and guidance to BPA clients on: • Survey design and development to ensure survey instruments are fit for purpose for the client; • How to interpret their results. Jacqui is the lead consultant in presenting the results to Boards, Executive Teams, Managers, and employees. At BPA, Jacqui’s day to day role encompasses synthesis of data, preparation of content and layout of reporting, presenting results to clients, and marketing. Over the years Jacqui has presented at numerous conferences on the dynamics of Employee Engagement, Leadership & Values, sharing evidence-based insights drawn from the BPA database. Jacqui sees Organisational Culture and Engagement as much more than just satisfaction and what Jacqui loves about BPA’s research is that it unpacks the real drivers for concrete change – what works and what doesn’t work. Qualifications • Masters in Health Administration (UNSW 1996) • Graduate Diploma in Quality (QUT Brisbane 1992) • Bachelor of Applied Science (QUT 1990) • Registered Nurse Certificate (Mater Misericordiae Hospital Brisbane – 1987) Work Experience Almost 75% of Jacqui’s working life experience has been owning and working for BPA Analytics. Prior to this, Jacqui held roles in hospitals and health services as a Quality Assurance Coordinator, Educator, and in her very early working days, as an Intensive Care nurse.
