About Ruby Christoph

Joining Tgarage in 2017, Ruby was finishing her Bachelor of Business Marketing at RMIT University, whilst working part-time at Focus People Market Research Recruitment Agency. During Ruby’s studies, she was awarded a global business scholarship to travel to Canada as part of her studies, as well as completing an internship at Dainton Brewery where she helped execute a marketing strategy for the brand. Upon joining T garage, Ruby started as an online Community manager helping support the engagement and running of online Communities, ensuring a streamlined experience between consumers and researchers whilst conducting projects for clients on community engagement. In early 2018, Ruby trained other junior members at Tgarage to conduct her old role whilst transitioning into a research account executive role where she was part of key account teams supporting Tgarage’s key clients working across an array of qualitative and quantitative studies. Ruby has extensive research experience across a range of studies including U&A’s, Brand Health, Brand Strategy and Positioning, Loyalty Program Development, Concept Testing, Customer Experience and Customer Journey Mapping through to Semiotics, testing distinctive assets and building innovation pipelines. Ruby took the initiative to conduct research on research to evaluate younger consumers in 2018, which triggered CX projects within Tgarage to ensure a mobile first approach and methods of testing that engage our younger Gen Z and Millennial audiences. Ruby has been working with other team members and managing others to drive the development and relaunch of the Tgarage Community offer, as well as continuing her role as key client lead in both ongoing accounts and new business development. Ruby consistently participates in all forms of industry and adjacent development opportunities including attending research society events, WIRE events and webinars whilst reading extensively and maintaining her connection with her global mentor Sophie Cox, Managing Director at Firestar Research in Malaysia.
