About David McCallum
David McCallum is a research business consultant, involved in providing technical and business skills development for research practitioners, as well as research and statistical design consultancy. He has 30+ years' experience covering the spectrum from ad hoc customised to continuous panels and media measurement here, in Europe, in Asia and was formerly global head of custom research at Nielsen. He is also a regular contributor to industry training courses and conferences on subjects ranging from analysis & presentation techniques, biometrics & facial imaging to marketing & selling market research. His co-paper on facial imaging won the Best Presentation Award at the 2011 AMSRS Conference. He is a Fellow of the AMSRS and served as a Board director of AMSRS from 2014 to 2016. He is also a Fellow of the UK MRS and was Chair of AMSRS's Professional Development from 2012-14.
