As the world becomes increasingly digital, there has been an increased focus on how companies can deliver user experiences that meet or exceed customers' needs. Victoria is a research and strategy leader with 20 years’ experience in creating research outcomes that drive business impact. She is a recognised industry expert both locally and globally, contributing to industry dialogue on areas of qualitative and design research excellence, privacy within research and building a successful research practice.
Victoria has worked for both boutique and global agencies, across a wide range of studies and industry problems. She has a passion for bringing the customer to the heart of solving business problems, and uses her research background to bring the customer to the fore in UX and Service Design environments. She is now working as an experience designer and researcher at one of Australia's leading digital companies, focusing on building research capability within digital and bringing the rigour and strength of research to the agile environment.
