Over the last 18 months, Andrew has led a consortium of over 30 companies on the GRBN Participant Engagement Initiative, culminating in the launch of the ENGAGE Handbook. Andrew worked together with experts from BCG on the joint BCG / GRBN ROI of Insights report and authored the GRBN Invest in Insights Handbook

Andrew has more than 25 years of experience as a market research practitioner on both the agency and client sides. He currently divides his time between running a boutique research agency in Helsinki, working as Executive Director for the GRBN, and serving as President of EFAMRO, the European Federation of Market Research Organisations.

BCG / GRBN ROI of Insights Report / the GRBN Invest in Insights Handbook

The report presents the key findings from the recently conducted research undertaken by the Boston Consulting Group and GRBN on the ROI of Insights.

The report describes the state of ROI measurement in organisations today and drills down to look at measurement across business decision areas. The report explores the benefits of and the barriers to ROI measurement and looks at the role agencies have in setting clients up for success.

The GRBN Invest in Insights Handbook provides Insights functions with a framework and template for measuring and reporting on their impact on the business. The Handbook also contains measurement examples, as well as tips for successful implementation of an ROI measurement program.
