Turbo Training - Future-proof your career in contemporary working modes
Today everyone has had the chance to learn what remote and hybrid working feels like and how it fits into their lives, whether they chose that approach or had it thrust upon them.
As we look to (hopefully) a post-Covid future, many people are wondering how best to maintain the freedom and flexibility that working this way can offer, while not compromising their professional connections and visibility.
In this Turbo Training session Maya Middlemiss will help you to:
- Understand the biases and challenges associated with working remotely, especially in a hybrid organisation
- The skills and qualities to cultivate and project, for remote success
- How to build and maintain your career visibility and professional presence, when working at a distance
- How to optimise your long-term goals with flexible location-independent work
Presenter - Maya Middlemiss
